Privacy notice
What this site is
Excellent Home Offers connects homeowners by phone with independent local service providers. This notice explains what information we handle and why. It is provided by Premium Pay Per Call, LLC.
What we collect
- On this device only: the city you choose, projects you plan, quotes you note and your first name. These are stored in your browser and are not sent to us unless you sign in.
- If you sign in: your email address or mobile number, your first name, your saved projects, and a record of the consent you gave (the consent wording, date and time, page, browser details and a LeadiD session token from Jornaya).
- When you tap to call: we record that a call button was tapped, which service and page it was on, to measure our advertising. Calls are handled by our call-tracking provider and the provider you speak with.
- Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies to measure visits and ad performance. Jornaya records how you used the page to document consent.
How we use it
To show local advice, keep your projects, sign you in, send your one-time verification code, connect your call, and measure and improve our advertising.
What we share
Your mobile number is used to sign you in and is not passed to service providers. When you choose to call, the provider you speak with will hear what you tell them on the call. We share data with service providers that run this site for us (hosting, sign-in, analytics, call tracking) under their own terms.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information. Some advertising cookies may count as "sharing" under certain state laws. To opt out, email support@excellenthomeoffers.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share", turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, or clear and block cookies for this site.
Your choices
You can clear your saved projects at any time by deleting them or clearing site data in your browser. If you signed in, email us to delete your account and data.
